A Hindi Language Chair has been established at Al Zaeim Al Azhari University, Khartoum , Sudan, in terms of the MoU signed between Indian Council for Cultural Relations, New Delhi and Al Zaeim Al Azhari University, Khartoum. Dr. Tabitha Lugun has been appointed as first Hindi teacher by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, who has since assumed charge of the Chair. With the commencement of Hindi Language classes, the Chair has become fully functional.
