Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Training courses
ITEC is the flagship capacity building programme of Government of India. Every year, staring April to March, training courses are offered to eligible candidates from developing countries in the field of, Accounts, Finance, IT, English proficiency courses, Management, Environment, Solar power, Wind turbine energy etc.. 220 seats are allotted to Sudan this year. The courses are fully funded by Government of India.
Procedure to Apply
i. All applications are required to be filled in at the “Apply for ITEC/SCAAP Course” link website https://www.itecgoi.in/index
ii. After submission of the form, you will receive an email with a link to activate the registration.
iii. Log in ITEC Portal at itecgoi.in/meaportal/homepage using your given email address and password. You will need to print out the duly filled application form.
iv. You will need to get a letter of recommendation from your Head of Organization along with medical, educational and work experience certificate.
Who can apply?
i. Government officials, NGO, Associations, Private Sectors and Universities.
ii. Candidates should possess adequate work experience as suggested by the ITEC for each specific course.
Eligibility criteria for admission to Courses
i. Academic qualification as laid down by the Institute for the Course concerned.
ii. English Language Proficiency
iii. Age between 25 to 45 years
iv. Medically fit to undertake the training
v. Medically fit to undertake the training
